IT’S REGISTRATION TIME !

The registration system is NEW this year, so please read the below instructions carefully for further details:

STEP 1 – REGISTER VIA PLAYFOOTBALL
All new returning players must self-register

NSW ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS (PRIOR TO REGO)
Please remember we are an Active Kids Provider. If you wish to claim your Active Kids Voucher for your football registration (available Jan 1 2019 for U06-U18 players only) you MUST apply for the active kids voucher code before registering with

REGISTER PRIOR TO 10 FEBRUARY DEADLINE
Register at

We will be organising Junior teams and setting late fees after this date.
Senior players are reminded that players, particularly those seeking to drop grades should be fully registered before 10 February to enable formation of sides and to avoid disappointment, late fees and potential registration rejection by the SSFA.

If you have NOT registered and paid in full by 10 February, your registration will not be deemed to be complete and your registration may NOT be accepted.

PHOTOS
All male and female registrations for players U10 and older in the new registration system requires a new photo. Please don’t forget to upload your selfie! Please ensure the photo is a passport style image of head only. No hats or glasses to be worn. Please refer to www.playfootball.com.au for further instructions.

REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE SESSIONS
We will be using the Lilli Pilli Public School Community Hall as our clubhouse during the registration period.

Sun 20th Jan 2019 4pm-6pm
Wed 30th Jan 2019 4pm-8pm
Sat 2nd Feb 2019 4pm-6pm

We will be open for registration assistance on the following days (and times). Please attend early to avoid queues. These sessions will assist:
• Players/Parents who are experiencing difficulties with the online registration system
• New players/parents bringing in original documents for sighting by committee. All new players to football need to bring a birth certificate or passport and players new to the Sutherland Shire need to bring proof of residency (in the Sutherland Shire).

FEES
Registration Fees will be presented in the new online system offering all applicable age group options for players.

For this reason, the final complete registration fee to be paid is not determined until a playing age group is selected and registration steps are almost completed. Fees for 2019 are listed on our website. Please note rises in FFA, FNSW and SSFA fees directly to Lilli Pilli FC per player and per match have increased registration fees.

Full Time Tertiary Students can claim the Student discount when registering (2019 Student ID required)

A Late fee of $25 for Juniors and $50 for Seniors kicks in for registrations after 10th February cut off

Discounts – The 3rd 4th, 5th etc member of a family registered may apply the “Family 3rd+” discount ($75)

Life Members and Player Life Members may apply Discount ($75)

STEP 2 – UNIFORMS

All new players will need to purchase a uniform. For more information, please contact our uniform manager lillipilliuniforms@gmail.com

Our Uniform shop is open during the registration assistance sessions and at special times at the commencement of each season.

STEP 3 – SELECTION TRIALS

All Junior players 6 – 18 MUST attend selection trials.
Selection trials will be conducted at the following times.

@ 5sports Endeavour 8.30am to 10.00am
for all new and returning U6 players (8.15 arrival/check-in)

MINIROO SELECTION DAY
Saturday 9th February 2019
@ Seymour Shaw Stadium (please check-in 20 minutes prior)
10.00am – Under 7s
11.30am – Under 8s
1.00pm Under U9s
2.30pm Under 10s
4.00pm Under 11s

COMPETITION SELECTION TRIALS
Sunday 10th February 2019
@ Greenhills Oval
10.00am – Under 12s (incl JW12s)
11.30am – Under 13s

4.00pm Under 16s (incl JW16s)
5.30pm Under 18s (incl JW18s)

STEP 4 – GETTING READY TO TRAIN & PLAY

Once you’re registered, graded and have a uniform, the next thing is training. If you’ve put your hand up to coach or manage the team, you will need to register to the SSFA Shared Services Portal. www.ssfaservices.com.au It’s here that the Coach or Manager can schedule your training times and we will send you a player list once Grading is finalised, it’s then up to your team to work out the best training time.

Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th March – Lilli Pilli FC Gala Weekend for all teams
Saturday 23rd March – Miniroo and Competition begins
Sunday 24th March – Sunday Competition begins

Important note: the weekend of 20/21 April (between rounds 2 & 5 will be an Easter Holiday break
